FAQ
Q1: Are you Trading Company or manufacturer? OEM/ODM Acceptable? Payment terms?
We are professional EV charger manufacturer. We can do OEM/ODM and as well as customized one-stop EV Charging solution. Payment could be TT, L/C, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL and etc.
Q2. Why choose us as your preferred EV Charger supplier?
I. The professional technical team and long-term vision of the industry ensure that we are always in the industry leading position. We offer a wide range of product options: charging stations for various charging standards, international standardization design, and smart back-end services.
II. Our products have passed various application scenarios and laboratory standard tests. You can buy our charging station products without any concerns and receive our professional service support.
Q3. What are the advantages of your products?
I. Telecom level product design and production.
II. Multiple charging standards support including CCS-1/2, CHAdeMO and GB/T, which means we can offer you all standards EV DC charger you want.
III. Quality comes first with wider input & output voltage range, better temperature adapted, higher protection grade, a longer technical foresight and most advanced modular design.
IV. Fast customer response, professional technical support and more solutions come out.
Q4. Can you explain the differences of global DC fast charging standards?
Till now, there are 5 kinds of DC fast charging standards: CCS-1, CCS-2. CHAdeMO, GB/T and Tesla.CCS-1: DC fast charging standard for North America. Typical charging EVs: Chevy Bolt.CCS-2: DC fast charging standard for Europe. Typical charging EVs: BMW i3, VW e-Golf, Mission-e. CHAdeMO: DC fast charging standard for Japan. Typical charging EVs: Nissan Leaf.GB/T: DC fast charging standard for China. Typical charging EVs: BYD, JAC, BAIC.Tesla: DC fast charging standard for Tesla only. Typical charging EVs: Tesla Model S, Model X, Model 3.
At present, some regions are promoting the integration of charging standards, such as "ChaoJi", which is expected to unify the charging standards in the Asian market, while Tesla's adoption of CCS standards in multiple regions has also promoted
compatibility. In the future, with the globalization of electric vehicles, charging standards may gradually become unified or compatible with each other to improve the charging convenience and infrastructure utilization efficiency of electric vehicles.
Q5.If we purchase your EV DC charger, how to get your after-sales support?
Under normal circumstances, we will provide comprehensive after-sales technical training, including providing written training materials, training videos or inviting customers' technical personnel to face-to-face training to help customers master parts replacement and basic maintenance work. When encountering an urgent situation, we will also send professional technicians to provide on-site support.
Q6. Does the higher the charging station output power mean the faster the charging speed?
The higher the output power of a charging station, the faster the charging speed, but the actual charging speed is also affected by various factors such as battery acceptance capacity, charging stage, environmental factors, charging equipment efficiency, charging standards, and grid conditions.
For example, the charging capacity of batteries: Different electric vehicles have different battery designs and have different maximum charging powers. For example, some electric vehicles may be able to accept faster charging speeds during high-power charging, while other models may only be able to charge effectively at lower power.
Charging stage of battery:
Constant current charging stage: In the initial charging stage of the battery, the charging power can be maintained at a high level and the charging speed is fast.
Constant voltage charging stage:
When the battery is almost fully charged, the charging station
will reduce the output power to protect the battery and prevent overcharging, which will slow down the charging speed.
Charging environment:
The ambient temperature and battery temperature also have an impact on the charging speed. At extreme temperatures, the battery may not be able to charge at high power, resulting in a decrease in charging speed.
The efficiency of charging equipment:
The conversion efficiency (energy loss) between charging stations and batteries can also affect the actual charging speed. Efficient charging devices can better utilize high power.
The limitations on charging speed imposed by different charging standards and protocols can also affect the actual charging speed. Therefore, when evaluating charging speed, these factors should be considered comprehensively, rather than relying solely on the output power of the charging station.
